School-Age Summer 2023

Dates
We are open for 8 weeks from Tuesday, July 4 to Friday, August 25.
The centre is closed Monday, July 3 for Canada Day; Monday, August 7 for BC Day and August 28 to September 1.

Hours
Full-day hours are 7:30 am to 6 pm.
Program hours are 9 am to 4 pm.

Fees
Full-day weeks (5 days) are $295 / week
Full-day weeks #1 and #6 (4 days / closed July 3, August 7) are $236 / week

Program weeks (5 days) are $260 / week
Program weeks #1 and #6 (4 days / closed July 3, August 7) are $208 / week

There will be a late fee charged, which is to be paid by the end of the week, if you sign-out your child after 4 pm on Program weeks or after 6 pm on Full-day weeks.

Fees include breakfast until 8:30 am, lunch and afternoon snack.

Age Groups
Discovery Club is for children going into grades 1, 2 and 3. Adventure Club is for children going into grades 4, 5, 6, 7. Weekly themes are the same for both groups.

Registration
Weekly registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis starting May 23 for families currently enrolled full-time at the centre. Registration is open to the community starting June 5. Please contact our centre for availability details.

Your child is registered when the fee is paid with post-dated cheques, e-transfer or cash; and you and an office staff have completed the required forms.

If your child does not currently attend our centre you will also need to complete licensing forms. These forms need to be returned to the centre before your child starts. We will e-mail you these forms after we receive your summer registration forms.

Register by e-mail or fax. We will send you confirmation by e-mail. Or register at our office in DLG Room 118. You may only enter our office Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm
